In a recent surprise visit to the Baldwin campus, Superintendent Carvahlo made sure his Twitter followers saw him shake hands, take photos, visit a classroom, and share his excitement for "listening to the community". However, he forgot to mention his interaction with one parent when asked if he was aware of our fight to reclaim our classrooms.
"I asked if you’d heard about the problems caused by the charter school co-location. You said and I quote "I'd have to be deaf, dumb, and blind not to, all it takes is one message. I actually think it's a bit off-putting… but I got it, that's why I'm here." So why no mention?"
